Pick-up Information / Company Policy:


	$6-$9 Airport Parking Fee Added for All Airport Pick-Ups, additional fee may be added for extended waiting time

	$8 Tolls Charges to Manhattan/New York City

	Toll Charges are added to Rates as incurred

	8%-10% Administrative Surcharge Fee is added to the base price

	All Airport Pick-Up Rates Include Inside Meet & Greet Service (usually $10-$20 higher than drop off rate)

	$10 - $20 Additional charge for Pick-Ups between 9pm-6:00am

	Domestic Flights: Driver will meet you in Baggage Claim area holding a sign displaying your last name.

	International Flights: Driver will meet you outside of Customs holding a sign displaying your last name.

	If You Cannot Locate Your Driver For Any Reason, Do Not Leave, As You Will Be Charged As A No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately At 973-202-3236 or 908-399-0308 & We Will Assist You To Locate Your Driver

	If you do not call to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the time of the scheduled pickup time, we will charge $35 cancellation fee to your credit card. If there is "no shown" or the reservation cancelled once the driver started driving for the pick up, there is a full price charge for the reservation.

	There is an addition fee for extended amount and/or weight of your luggage and it should be reported to us at the time of making your reservation,

How much does it cost to rent a limo?

Limousine rental costs vary based on a variety of factors. Your exact
costs will depend on the factors listed below:

(1) Time of year (spring, summer, snow storms at winter time etc)
(2) Type of vehicle (larger limos cost more)
(3) Time of week (weekends are more)
(4) Time of day (early mornings and nights are more)
(5) Geographic area (NY is more expensive than NJ)
(6) Distance traveled (longer travel times cost more)

Here are hourly rate averages of the most commonly rented
limousines and ground transportation. These figures are examples
only and these rates do not construe an offer to solicit for ground
transportation.

Can we rent for 1 hour? What is gratuity?

We estimate that 95% of the limousine industry does not offer
limousine service for 1 hour. To hire a limousine, most services
require a minimum hourly booking, typically 3 hours. In high demand
months, such as the spring, hourly minimums can increase to 5, 6, and
sometimes 8 hours.

In addition, each limousine service charges a standard gratuity which
is based on the total fare. Gratuities averages are 15-20%. If your
total rental bill is $300, expect to be charged a $45-$60 gratuity charge.
Some companies automatically include gratuity in their fare estimates,
while others do not. Either way, it is customary to budget gratuity in
your rental cost.   Limousine chauffeurs earn their living by gratuities
much like waiters do in fine dining establishments.

Can we get a deal?

Most companies will offer deals on different types of packages,
however, the availability of deals mostly depends on the time of week
and the time of year.
Deals are found on Monday, not Saturday!

For example, you won't find special deals for a New Year's Eve rental
or for a limousine rental during Prom season. In these "high-demand"
times the supply of limousines is short which drives prices and
minimum hourly rates higher.
